Tsukiji Japanese Hibachi Sushi AYCE was a nice find passing through the area. They are open from 11 to 9:30 pm, which is fantastic when you are traveling through in the early afternoon caught between too late for lunch and too early for dinner. You can order anything off the menus for all-you-can-eat. The selection ranges from rolls, hand rolls, sashimi, hibachi items, and undon. There is something for everyone. We enjoyed the sushi. Service was quick, and ordering new items to sample continually was easy. The rolls average six pieces and the hibachi is a small plate sampler. A few downsides was the water. A cup of water should be the most straightforward item, but the smell and taste of the water were terrible. Thank goodness for the beer. The seaweed salad was slightly off, and I prefer it to be a bit fresher. Overall, the price + location+ service+, and general quality of the food, I give it four stars.

I really want to give this place 5 stars.. and I'm going to. My experience tonight was excellent. I'm a big fan of ayce sushi, my favorite spot is "it's sushi" in Roseville, but saw this place in my neighborhood so I had to check it out. Very surprised! All the things I loved: everything on the menu is ayce, great ambiance/decor, the music playlist was A+, the beef short ribs were fire! the spicy nigiri was delicious, all the hibachi items, the udon, the appetizers, fast service, all great. I completely understand ppl not giving it 5 stars because it doesn't meet certain criteria. For me, tonight, especially for about $30, this place is deserves it.

Nice AYCE sushi spot. Went here a little while back with some friends. It was a Sunday evening and fairly packed, but we got a table pretty quickly. On to the food! There's a large selection of sushi, and the ones we had were pretty good. My favorites were the torched hand rolls. They were super tasty! It's also cool that you can order teriyaki, hibachi, noodle, as rice bowls as well, and it's included in the AYCE price. Overall, this was a good dinner, and I'd come back again.

The restaurant was clean and service was excellent. If we could rate service and food separately, the food is a solid 3 out of 5. The service is 5 out of 5. The sushi wasn't the best but the hibachi and fried rice were super good! Everything was made fresh and hot when it comes to your table but the flavor for the sushi wasn't there. I'm still dreaming how tasty the grilled meats were and how tender the hamachi fish is ordered was made.
